We are a small team building a product that is not yet generally available. This site exists to explain what we are building and to let you book a conversation. It collects very little, and this page says exactly what.
SixCats is an early-stage product built by a small independent team, and we are the data controller for this website. Write to hello@sixcats.ai with any question about your data, including the requests described in section 9. A person reads it.
This policy covers sixcats.ai only. If you go on to join our pilot programme, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement; section 7 summarises how data is handled there.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records aggregate page views, referrers, country and device type. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other sites. We cannot identify you from it.
The interactive demo in the header is scripted and runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is transmitted to us, logged, or stored anywhere. Closing the tab erases it.
If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter — typically your name, email address, company website and the questions on the form — and adds the meeting to our calendar. We use this solely to prepare for and hold that conversation.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
If you write to us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and keep track of the thread.
Our hosting provider processes standard request data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are short-lived and we do not use them to build profiles.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, content delivery, cookieless analytics |
| Cal.com | Scheduling and the booking form |
| Zoho Mail | Business email |
Each acts as a processor under contract and may not use your data for its own purposes.
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal data leaves the EEA or the UK, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
If you join our pilot programme, we will ask for read-only (Viewer) access to your Google Analytics property so we can establish a baseline and measure the effect of the pilot against it.
The full terms, including confidentiality, are set out in the pilot agreement you sign before any access is granted.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@sixcats.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
You may also complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will say so in the notice rather than quietly editing the text.
